Only just discovered James has died. So sad, he was a thoroughly decent man and great company on the field with Hornsey CC. My deepest sympathies to Alison and the children.
Many great memories of James over the years - he will be much missed.
We spent much time together at Hornsey cricket club on and off the field. Valued those times and your company. Will be missed.
It was a privilege to know James - RIP
A wonderful organisation
John and Mel for a very worthy cause
James was a grand and clever man.
It was a great pleasure to have known James for over 40 years. I will always remember his enthusiasm, sense of humour and “Jamesian” view of the world and all it’s quirks and oddities. From a Ram to an Eagle
I am grateful to have known James. May he rest in peace.
I’ll always remember your sharp and observant wit and your ability to bring people together
